Position Overview:
As a Sales/Marketing Executive specializing in ERP applications for the SME segment, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our ERP solutions to businesses seeking to optimize their operations. Your responsibilities will encompass both traditional sales strategies and leveraging social marketing initiatives to effectively engage and attract SME clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential SME clients through traditional sales methods while also leveraging social marketing channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to showcase our ERP solutions’ benefits.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new clients within the SME segment, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or expansion.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling social media campaigns, content, and materials targeting SMEs interested in ERP solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts, integrating findings into social marketing strategies to effectively position our ERP offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in sales or marketing roles, preferably within the technology/software industry, targeting SMEs.
- Strong understanding of social marketing strategies and their integration into sales activities.
- Familiarity with ERP applications and their value proposition for SMEs is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to effectively articulate complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
