It is important that you can empathize with the business operations of small to large companies and that you get to know our ERP system well. 4. Testing and Documentation Assistance: Participate in testing ERP modules, documenting test results, and updating system documentation as part of the learning process.
  5. User Support and Training: Provide initial level end-user support and participate in user training sessions, gradually taking on more responsibilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Basic Understanding: Entry-level familiarity with business processes and a budding comprehension of ERP concepts and their integration into organizational functions.
  2. Analytical Aptitude: Developing analytical skills to contribute to identifying areas for process improvement and optimization.
  3. Communication Skills: Clear communication abilities and eagerness to collaborate within a team environment.
  4. Problem-solving: Willingness to learn problem-solving techniques within the context of ERP systems.
  5. Technical Familiarity: Basic knowledge of software and technology, with a desire to learn specific ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in workshops and meetings to observe and contribute to requirement gathering sessions under the guidance of senior team members.
  2. Assist in the documentation of business requirements, process flows, and system configurations while learning from experienced consultants.
  3. Collaborate closely with senior team members to conduct basic system testing, ensuring adherence to requirements.
  4. Contribute to the preparation of user manuals, training materials, and other essential documentation.
  5. Provide initial user support and help address basic user queries and issues, escalating more complex problems to senior team members.

Career Growth: In this role, you'll have opportunities to learn and develop foundational skills. Advancement involves gaining hands-on experience, absorbing knowledge from experienced members, and gradually assuming more responsibilities within ERP projects. Growth prospects typically involve progressing to roles with more autonomy in requirement analysis, system configuration, and project management within ERP implementations.

This junior level role serves as a launching pad for a career in ERP consultancy, allowing you to build a strong base of knowledge and experience.
